Every client is different, but we like to take a considered approach.

At ISM Consulting, we aim for a 4 week turn around time/ process from the day the job is taken on to sourcing the candidates to having profiles over in your inbox. Our process to close the candidate is then as efficient as possible to make it a seamless experience for all parties involved.

Longlist - Create a targeted list of 15-20 candidates, tapping into our huge pool of talent in the sector.

Passive & Active Candidates - based on skillset required, location & seniority. Where talent pools allow to include diverse candidate backgrounds

​Short List - After a thorough Qualification and reference check, F2F video call

interview where between 1-5 candidates selected. Only top candidates shortlisted.

Submission - Candidates will be presented respecting client reporting lines, stakeholders and processes. Full information supplied with availability.

Consulting Process - Detailed candidate feedback taken after each stage in process. Requalification of processes and requirements. Reservations and objections handled with the best interests of securing the talent.  

Closing - Ensuring you are in a strong position to secure talent you want/need. Competitive interview processes taken out in consultative manor. You get the people you want to hire.

Choosing ISM Consulting

We may not be the cheapest like your average high street agency but we are worth what you pay for. The services we are able to provide due to the resources and AI tools we use mean that we are well worth the cost. A lot of our clients dont pay us a penny until we have successfully placed a candidate. In some cases we may use a retainer but this is usually when a role needs to be filled within a few weeks and therefore needs to be prioritised.
